Bronze Course

Did you realise that you only get 100% grip from your tyres when your car is standing still? Once your wheels start to rotate you reduce your grip to 60%. Did you also know that for every 6 tanks of petrol or diesel you put in your car that 1 tankful is used just to fight the resistence of the tyres to rotate?

Maybe just facts that don't really bother you but our Bronze Course is crammed full of similar information. Do you know what ABS is and have you ever experienced it in action, or what about Traction Control? How does a car without ABS or Traction Control differ?

On this course you will experience both Understeer and Oversteer, braking with and without ABS, accelerating with and without Traction Control and real time braking on a variety of road surface conditions. You will quickly learn to recognise the conditions that can lead to a skid so that you can prevent yourself from getting into that position in the first place.

Essential skills for any driver and especially important for new and young drivers. Our Bronze Course is the starting point for all our other Skid Car courses.
